1. Who may use GoCareerGo

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use GoCareerGo for a school or exam goal, you remain responsible for following your board, university or exam body’s rules.

2. Accounts

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us via Contact if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

3. Prep Hub, Tools & CV

Prep Hub (including Information Technology, NEET, IIT-JEE and government / civil services tracks), Tools and the CV builder are provided to help you practise and prepare. Content is for educational practice — not official exam papers, legal advice or a guarantee of selection. Always verify critical facts with NCERT, coaching and official notifications.

4. Acceptable use

When using GoCareerGo, you agree that you will not:

• Attempt to break, scrape abusively or overload the service.
• Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Misuse practice content for cheating or misrepresentation.
• Reverse engineer or resell site content as your own paid product without permission.

5. Free & paid features

Free and paid features are labelled in the product. We may change plans, limits or availability with reasonable notice where required. Refunds, if any, follow the offer terms shown at purchase.

6. Intellectual property

GoCareerGo branding, UI and original content belong to us or our licensors. You keep rights to content you create (such as your CV text), and grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of every practice item, or exam outcomes. Use secondary verification for high-stakes decisions.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoCareerGo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if you used only free features).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
