QUOTE()()

Don’t start QUOTE()() (str) with jargon. Start with QUOTE str on Arun's board. That is the whole point.

Keep QUOTE()() (str) small. Arun should finish QUOTE str on Arun's board in a few lines, not a 40-line dump.
