Driving Licence (DL) Kaise Banaye - Full Process Hindi & English

सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (MoRTH) के सारथी पोर्टल (Sarathi Parivahan) के जरिए अब अधिकांश राज्यों में बिना RTO जाए घर बैठे लर्निंग लाइसेंस (Learner Licence) बन जाता है।

📌Step 1: Learning Licence (लर्निंग लाइसेंस ऑनलाइन)

Parivahan Sewa पोर्टल (parivahan.gov.in) पर जाएं और 'Drivers/Learners License' में अपना राज्य (State) चुनें।

'Apply for Learner Licence' पर क्लिक करें।

'Applicant holds Aadhaar Card' चुनें — इससे आपको RTO जाने की जरूरत नहीं होगी (Contactless Service)।

अपना आधार नंबर डालें और OTP वेरिफाई करें।

वाहन श्रेणी (MCWG - बाइक, LMV - कार) चुनें।

ऑनलाइन फीस (लगभग ₹200) जमा करें।

घर बैठे मोबाइल या कंप्यूटर से 15 सवालों का ऑनलाइन रोड सेफ्टी टेस्ट (LL Test) दें।

टेस्ट पास करते ही आपका Learning Licence तुरंत डाउनलोड हो जाएगा!

📌Step 2: Permanent Driving Licence (पक्का ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस)

लर्निंग लाइसेंस जारी होने के 30 दिन बाद और 6 महीने के अंदर स्थायी DL के लिए अप्लाई करें।

'Apply for Driving Licence' चुनें और अपना LL नंबर व जन्मतिथि डालें।

नजदीकी RTO में ड्राइविंग टेस्ट का स्लॉट (तारीख और समय) बुक करें।

तय तारीख को अपने वाहन के साथ RTO जाएं और ड्राइविंग टेस्ट दें।

टेस्ट पास होने के बाद स्मार्ट कार्ड DL आपके पते पर स्पीड पोस्ट से आ जाएगा।
